I missed my mum's bang kuang cha ( stir fried jicama with mushrooms, pork belly and thinly sliced dried squid) so I made it myself. It was so good. 😋🤤 I mean it's not as good as my mum's but I'm satisfied.
We had it with iceberg lettuce. Wrapped the bang kuang cha in the lettuce. Then we baked the lobster with butter and garlic. Not nad for a first try.
