Celebrate the start of summer break.

Today is the start of summer break and we had a tiny celebration 🎉.

We went to Barnes & Nobles and bought JY two bags of books and then lunch at Cheesecake Factory. 😋

JY bought some for summer reading and some to prepare for the next school year.

We had 

1. Chicken Marsala and Mushrooms

Chicken Breast Sauteed with Fresh Mushrooms in a Rich Marsala Wine Sauce. Served over Bow-Tie Pasta.

2. Factory Nachos crisp tortilla chips covered with melted cheeses, guacamole, red chili sauce, sour cream, jalapenos, green onions and salsa.

3. Chicken Madeira chicken breast topped with fresh asparagus and mozzarella cheese. Covered with fresh mushrooms Madeira sauce and served with mashed potatoes.

4. Giant Belgium waffle with strawberries, pecans and Chantilly cream.
