Happy Sweet Sixteen to my bao bei JY.

Today is my precious "bao bei" Sweet Sixteen. 

She was very happy with her presents. 

Jazz bought her Samsung watch. She love it. Then the cake she chose the heart shaped cake 🎂.  She make a special request for "tang chu ji ting". So I cooked that for her. 

Hope this is a special day for her and she'll remember her sixteen birthday.

This was what we arranged. I wrote this poem for her to search for her presents.

Guess where we hide,

Use this as a guide,

I'm not taking you for a ride,

It's near something "fried".

(Fried in Malay is goreng. I hid it in the pile of instant noodles Mi Goreng 😂) 

There are a total of four,

The first is near the place you snore,

It's near the floor,

I can't tell you more. 

(Drawer under the bed)

The second gift,

You're not going to miss,

You need to lift,

Something that you hugged and kissed.

(It's hidden in ther pile of soft toys)

The third is in a machine,

It's very clean,

It has a screen,

Do you know what I mean?

(Inside the paper tray of printer)

The fourth was hinted,

In the first stanza it was printed,

All gifts are distributed,

Get ready and be excited.

The first and second present she found it easily. The third one she went and look inside the washing machine and dryer. Then she went and look at the exercise machine and she said it has a screen. I was laughing so hard when she said seriously mum did you hide it inside the dishwasher. 😂😂😂😂😂

Then she went to look at the printer but she did not pull open the paper tray. And walk away. Then she said where is it. I said you touch the machine awhile ago and you need to open it and search. Then she went and pull open the paper tray. Yay. She found the third one.

The last one was more difficult for her as she said fried. It's food. Fried food? Or maybe it's fright? I said it is fright but it can be in another language like maybe Chinese or Malay or Hokkian. Then she said I don't know what is fried in Malay. 🤦 I told her it's goreng and she at once got it and said Mi Goreng. She went in the pantry and found it. 

It was fun writing the poem for her to search for the hidden 🎁.
