Goodnight 😴 Sleep well. Sweet dreams.

Since I found out that I had high blood pressure and blood sugar slightly high I cut down on a lot of food. I cut down my coffee consumption to once a week. I drank green tea everyday. Icut down on noodles intake. Take more fish diet. Monday is noodle day. Tuesday is chicken with vegetables. Wednesday is salmon salad day. Thursday is soup with tofu and vegetables day and Friday is baked salmon and vegetables day. Saturday and Sunday is freestyle. We will decide on that day itself.

So I was craving for a cup of coffee. ☕
And I'm going to make it every Saturday as my special coffee ☕ day. 🥰
